How is the Louisville Real Estate Market?

A lot of people want to know what we think about the market in this economy. We're cautiously optimistic. The market is stabilizing but there is a lot of inventory out there that needs to be sold. Prices are competitive. It will take time to build equity appreciation back to its former levels, but we do believe the levels will come back up.

Right now sellers have options. Depending on the situation, a seller might want to rent for a year, try to sell for two or three months and if there is no activitiy? Release the home from the market and rent it again. We believe in aggressive marketing spread out over multiple channels with enhanced packages and virtual tours. That said, if there are 73 active listings in your neighborhood, you will need to be as aggressive as possible and work with someone who is going to advise you honestly and clearly.
